    EDMONTON – Studio Ed

    In 2010 Edmonton’s downtown northern edge began experiencing a revitalization of residential development and commercial amenities. In 2014, Studio Ed proudly joined this newly emerging community of people seeking homes with modern design, a central location, and every urban convenience one could possibly need. This 4-storey 76 unit complex features spacious layouts, monochromatic finishes, and walking access to the area’s many amenities.

    EDMONTON – Studio Off Whyte

    39 unique condominium homes in Edmonton’s Historic Whyte Avenue district. Timeless wood cladding and handmade brick exterior features compliment the heritage character of the neighbourhood, while contemporary interiors feature modern finishes and spacious layouts to create a sense of urbane sophistication. Two unique commercial spaces anchor the main floor of SOW and provide residents with access to great amenities, while the Whyte Ave strip is a mere block away, lined with great cafes, restaurants, shops, and art galleries.



    Siena will be a stylish 4-storey mixed-use building in the heart of Burnaby Heights.     In 2006, I4PG discovered a historical site in Nanaimo’s downtown core. In the 1930’s, 40’s and early 50’s Louis Armstrong and many other famous big bands played the Pygmy Pavilion. In the 1950’s the building was fully converted to the Fiesta Bowling Lanes and in 1969 the now famous “F” for Fiesta was placed on its roof top perch as a symbolic reference to Nanaimo’s cultural history. Built around a stunning outdoor courtyard, this 4-storey 74 unit mixed-use community includes modern condominium homes and 10 stylish live/work studios that features an art gallery and other funky retail shops.
